Policy Map
A data science project that explores how government policies affect society. Providing a way to assign ownership from policy to societal effect. Steering the political conversation with qualitative data.
Policy Map will gather information from various sources like government records, census data, economic indicators, and feedback from people impacted by those policies. Using statistical methods and machine learning, the project identifies patterns in policy outcomes for different groups and regions. This helps public understand the effects of their elected officials decisions and make better choices based on real-world results. By including qualitative data, the project highlights how policies are perceived by communities and affected individuals, fostering more informed discussions about public issues.
